• Design/Build - Brand Construction has the staff and computer technology (CAD) to help you design a building to meet your needs. Our customers utilize our design capabilities, our construction experience and knowledge, to build the final product they envision.

• General Contractor - Making good use of our combined 40 years of experience in the construction field, our customers can take confidence that we will construct their building from start to finish. We have relationships with subcontractors in various fields to ensure that our customers receive quality workmanship in all phases of their building project all at a fair price.

• Construction Manager - At times, our customers have the need for us to fulfill the role of construction manager for their project. In this role, our customers can take confidence in our knowledge of construction codes, years of field experience, and commitment to supervising every detail of the project to ensure it is completed in a timely manner, and within the predetermined budget requirements.

• Steel Erection - Our company is unique from most steel building contractors in southern Michigan due to the fact that we employ our own steel erection crew. This is a specialized crew who will erect any steel building quickly and efficiently saving our customers money and shortening the time it will take to complete. Safety is an important aspect of any type of construction, and especially so in this area. We are proud to state that our employees receive training in safety issues during periodic safety meetings.

• Carpentry - In addition, our company offers a full scale carpentry crew to assist our customers in creating a one of a kind wood built structure, or giving their steel building the needed interior office space required. We have remodeled a wide variety of industrial and commercial facilities. Our experience, knowledge, and commitment to quality in this area has earned us a reputation of which we are very proud.
